Where My Head Has Been
The Reflection
I look back and see how unfair I was with my time. I let my work take over entirely. I know I didn't give you the messages, the calls, or the dates you deserved. I left you feeling neglected when I should have been there for you.
The Work
I have been doing a lot of reflecting on my priorities. I am actively learning how to set firm boundaries with my job so that I actually have the time, energy, and presence for the people who matter most.
The Promise
If you give us another chance, I promise you will be my priority. No more excuses about being too busy. I want to take you out, check in with you constantly, and give you the time and attention you always deserved.
